Why shouldn’t California sue car manufacturers for global warming? Smokers can sue tobacco companies. Of course, the EPA has to be liable too, right? If the car companies aren’t meeting emissions standards, fine ‘em. If they are, and still causing global warming, that’s the EPA’s fault for setting improper standards.
