Super Tuesday

February 6th, 2008 by Michael Pierce

Well, Super Tuesday has come and gone, and I’m a little ashamed to admit that even though I knew it meant nothing (either Hillary or Barak could have had a clean sweep and it still wouldn’t have guaranteed either a nomination) I was still on the edge of my seat waiting to see who won.

Anyway, I was a little surprised when I went to Google Maps that I saw this link. It’s the Super Tuesday results integrated into Google Maps. I don’t quite get how it’s all supposed to go together, I guess it’s a map of states next to a list of states. Quotes and links to blog posts come up at certain intervals but besides that I don’t really get the purpose. Nothing’s really clickable.

It’s not late, but I am tired. I admit, I’m probably missing the point, whatever it is. Oh wait, here’s a description:

We’ve joined forces with Twitter and Twittervision to give you instant updates on Super Tuesday. You can watch Twitter texts from across the country and send in your own updates!

Okay, whatever. I’m going to bed.
